Sear Steakhouse was founded in 2024 by three friends with one clear vision: to bring a high-quality, fire-grilled steakhouse experience to Melbourne. After years of planning and refining the concept, they set out to create something different, a warm, welcoming space where families and friends could come together and enjoy great food in good company.

What began as a simple idea has grown into a neighbourhood favourite. Sear is now a trusted part of the Niddrie community, welcoming thousands of guests in its first year. All food is made fresh to order, with many of our premium steaks butchered in house daily, then grilled to perfection over fire.
